I worked with many organizations but this is the worst company ever. Please do not apply to this third class organization. if you have a valid reason to resign still they will complain against you as they did it with so many employees and they are actually suffering because of their worst management. Especially HR can not be considered under the human category and the owner doesn't understand the employee's situation. They file a case against so many employees and not able to understand their situation. So please there are so many other good companies, if you don't want to be in this trouble then please don't join this organization. They just want the money that's it. they will never understand whether that employee has that much giant amount or not and trust me they are not even doing the settlement, they want the exact amount to close the case, and let me clarify that amount as well so that you have a better idea about their impair. The amount they are asking to close the case is 1,20,000. I belong to a very middle-class family and I'm the only person who manages the family. but they are actually heatless people.

Frequently Changing Policies. Every 15-30 days 40% of employees are relatives of MD. Policies are flexible for relatives of MD. Salary increment is yearly. If you have longer bond then you face salary negotiation. And when u face negotiation if your bond is still for upcoming years then they will make u realize that its their GENEROSITY to hire and give you salary hike your performance doesn't deserves it. And for them performance is Uniform/Timely arrival/adulation etc. Company Timings : 9.00 am to 7.00 pm with late penalty of Rs.2/min late. No overtime till 3 hrs. If overtime more than 3 hrs its counted. If 2 hr 30 mins that is not overtime for company, you wont get a single rupee for it (less than 3 hr). Company as done fraud in "Great Place to work" survey. Management gently whispered "Every survey can be tracked."
