      Great company, but niche

      Great people, awesome benefits, cool industry and possible security clearance sponsorship.

      Cons

      Small company that doesn't always win contracts. If your contract ends or the company doesn't win the next phase the company has to place you on another or you could be laid off. Also, you will end up working out of the primes office instead of your own.

      Steady work, they don't bother you too much

      Cons

      This company does not do anything cutting edge and exciting. It is all major defense contractor scraps and bloated over budget behind schedule programs. My annual raise was 1/4 the rate of inflation.
