They pay on time, which i only mention due to the times in Greece. This should be self evident. Flexible hours You will learn some stuff if you are a junior

High developer churn rate Management should receive some training on more modern methodologies The HR department encompasses the whole company. Will not stand for the employee, and contributes to the high developer churn The contract is very, very restrictive. They won't allow you to leave for a year Big and unproductive meetings, full of bickering Technical decisions are based on emotion and politics rather than engineering No training whatsoever Constant bickering between dev and qa Most of the time is spent on maintenance
