Worst Experience Ever....Lots of office politics manager is biased and targets people who do not have a habit of buttering managers try to force them to Resign and puts them in PIP by showing faults in performance of the employee and puts misbehaviour complaints on employees when they try to raise their concerns.

So much mental pressure. HR will tell you in the beginning that you will get a nice work life balance but in a few months they will make you stretch beyond 7 quiet frequently. Meta processes and projects change within weeks. in my 2 years of working they were not able to decide a single process of working. doesn't matter how much you've worked and other efforts you've made your performance will only be judged on the basis of the last project where you couldn't perform upto their 'unrealistic' expectations. we were literally told to stretch beyond 7 because "what are your responsibilities you don't even have kids and a wife" - this is an actual statement. perfect place to work if you are ready to dedicate 95% of your entire life and mental health to your job :)
