I cannot think of any pros for this place.

Where do I begin? Top management behaves like an enemy. People note down how much you eat (funny, but true) No seniors to help Place is filled with only freshers as they are cheap and dont know anything about the world No facilities or benefits for the employees Anyone is asked to leave without any reason Minimum salary imaginable. The company does not do BACKGROUND VERIFICATION for any of the former employees I can go on and on. My advise to any job seekers, stay away from this place.

Sack at will..!! Work on weekends..!! Extended working time go beyond 12 hours a day..!! :(

They recruited me thru a campus interview in mdu and i'm the only person from my college. I have been there for an 10 month period as a fresher and then promoted as a TL within no time :) Things were going normally but got sacked one day on the spot itself. They were given me some pathetic reasons perhaps i felt the decision was already made from USA :( Purely the decisions were made by some adamant leaders in the management team and by no means they will correct themselves.
