Good Place to start your career. Your job and work life balance will depend on your manager.

Good place to learn & enhance your Skillset but office Politics makes things difficult.
30 Jan 2023 - Assistant Manager in NoidaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
-I spend almost 3 years here and like how Shalendra Sir manages the floor. -You are blessed if you got under a good team, I learned a lot from Clifford (My Manager). -This is the best place where you can learn and showcase your work performance in front of higher Authority. And the good part is that higher management appreciates your work, leading to good motivation among salespeople. Thanks, Nolan & Scott for this :) - Salary is on time & quarterly skill enhancement courses.
Cons
- FOLLOWING THE TRADITIONAL WAY: Here salespeople get good CRM tools like salesforce, but still, we have to manage so many excel sheets & trackers for updating meetings, data mapping details and leave tracker. It's actually a waste of time & effort. -FLEXIBILITY: Sometimes it feels so much pressure. as a salesperson, I feel you should give them a bit of space, but it really irritates when you have to take permission even to attend a personal call or for taking 10 minutes break. - BIASNESS: So much Biasness over the floor which leads to Office politics & gossip. -NOT HIRING THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: Things are so changed when floor management is changed, we have high expectations from the new floor Manager, but we were wrong. I believe that a floor manager should be from among the Salespeople so she can understand our problem in an effective way, but the New Floor Manager's background and experience are not applicable to this position because she is unable to understand Salespeople's problems, she has to understand everyone has a different way of doing the work so you cannot force them to apply your way only. DELAY IN INCENTIVE is one of the major cons.

Growing, very ambitious organization, deep penetration in the world markets
Cons
They do everything opposite to what they espouse. They say that their motto is to Unlock Potential. But due to a lack of collaborative work culture, they will juice out any creativity and individuality you may have and try to turn you into one of them. So they ask you to lock up your potential and throw it into the deep sea. They do not have any support structure, all they are worried about is Gross Margin. They keep a standard margin of as high as 70% and exploit the staff by giving them peanuts.
