      Join if you can work 15 hrs every day with zero work ife balance

      Pros

      Contractor are treated same as they treatPermanent employees. Food and snacks. Good insurance policy. Good technology stack. No layoffs during covid yet.

      Cons

      NO RESPECT FOR YOUR PERSONAL TIME. Worst Work life balance. Absolutely Zero. the policy is 8 hrs working hours but you'll end up working 14-15hrs every single day. You'll be sacrificing your health and happiness for extra ctc. No compensation for extra hours. No compensation for working all night. You're really screwed if you have kids to take care of.

      Great company, brand being spoiled in the hands of immature managers

      Pros

      Infoblox is the market leader in the DDI space, The colleagues you work with are great people, Good brand perception among companies in Trivandrum, Free cab, free food, free ice-cream on weekends

      Cons

      - No trust with local management- The managers and some of the leads on the floor have no clue what their own team is going through. They spend most of the time out of office, playing, smoking or openly gossiping about their own employees in the cafeteria. - hierachy culture- if employee complains or share genuine concern they will be targeted and fired saying its performance issu. - If you are good friends or related to certain managers and leads on the floor you will get rapid appraisal and big hikes. All others will be told that company is not giving hikes and we are low cost centre - Some of the leads will treat employee like we are their servants. Shouting to employee on the floor, sending bad email is common. - Employee are forced to work as contract with unpriofessional third party vendor and are afraid to speak as they will be then not be converted to FTE.
