Nothing is pros here tho the projects are great but the team is really small

It’s just a month of me here I have previously worked it’s not like that I am fresher but this company is just pathetic I legit worked like from morning 9.30 to late night no fixed work hours poor work culture too much work load don’t join you will ruin your mental health
