Pros
It's a really good company to work with who is in growing position n looking for talented n dedicated employees. All seniors n managers are very helpful of you are showing hardwork. If employee is not able to perform company is trying to give them training and try to get them into better position
Cons
There are few policies are didn't worked in my case as company is in growing position rules are getting change often
