Pros
Nothing to think of at the top of your head but many cons that can spill out
Cons
This company always ask for half yearly employee review so they require a yearly performance POOR review. 1) Infosys claimed they are Top 5 tech companies in India but their technologies still lose out. Instead of using Workday, they deployed in house HR system but always have problems. They tend to make it mandatory to complete the in house training (Lex) when is all by their own internal trainers, and training sessions also taught by their own Infosys people. 2) Benefit is so pathetic, 14 days leave for entry level and have to wait 3 years before u accumulate 1 day leave. Apart from usual medical and dental, they dont have any other benefits which big companies provide. Still so lagging when now companies already allowed dress down attire everyday. 3) Pantry is miserable where there is 1 vending machine, 1 coffee machine and few snacks. 4) Management want to change WFH from 3 days to 4 days to promote face to face interaction when in actual fact, there isnt any interaction even if you come to office and 80-90% of the staffs are based in India to save costs. 5) You are always hearing power outage so often in India that they cannot work at times so no clue as to why so many headcount are based there. 6) They are always transferring people from India to SG to lead the BU or train staffs but yet locally they cannot find people. 7) They always insist for qualification or papers but those who have all these papers are only good at talking with no technical skills. 8) Taking a certification is a must as it affects your performance bonus. 9) Even when your India counterpart is having a title of consultant, they still have no technical knowledge and you are make to do more work. 10) No work life balance as too little locals and HOD are FT who only delegate their work to staffs
