Nice Personnel; Immature Company

Pros

Great benefits with a really fantastic group of employees. Remote work is celebrated, which is awesome. Company actively attempts to keep morale high (happy hours, events, etc)

Cons

Growth is unsustainable. The company is growing at a rapid rate, and are hiring inexpensive labor to meet the demand. Although it is cool that a lot of college grads get an opportunity to work, the hours can be brutal and the job can get stagnant pretty fast. Not a great destination for developers. The bulk of the work is out-of-the-box configurations for clients, and NOT software development. Chaotic moments led to the "we're a small company excuse" when in reality they're a global company that grew too fast. What could once be considered "small" is now more realistically considered "immature" and clients will begin to notice.

Pros

There are tons of "little" pros to working for Infoverity, from company sponsored lunches and fantasy football leagues to charity events, but I have outlined the major ones below. -People: Infoverity is an extremely supportive culture. If you have a question or need help there is someone there to assist or at the very least point you in the right direction. -Career Growth Potential: Infoverity is growing at a rapid pace and is constantly grooming their employees to fill better roles. The experience you gain here in a few years could take decades at a traditional company. -Personal Growth Potential: The company promotes learning and mentorship and pushes its employees to explore cutting edge data management technologies. -Total Compensation: The salary is great, but when you consider paid time off, retirement and health benefit packages, and matching contributions made to non-profit organizations the total compensation is the best you will find! -Flexibility: Allowing employees to work from home (when client schedule allows) and relocate (after gaining experience) are huge benefits to starting a career with Infoverity. -Access to Leadership(Note I said Leadership, not management): At Infoverity you have the opportunity to engage with upper leadership at least weekly, but it is most common to chat with them in the office or via e-mail multiple times throughout the week. They truly care about the development of each employee on both a professional and personal level.

Cons

The only "con" about working for Infoverity is that the work can be demanding. They do an excellent job ensuring a healthy work-life balance, but working with high profile clients results in some high stress situations that may not be suited for everyone.

Pros

- Excellent team environment - Great compensation package - Lots of tools and people for career development - Rapidly growing company with many high profile clients - Ability to work remotely - Good work life balance

Cons

I don't really have a lot to say as far as cons - It really is a great group of people you will be working with. The company retention rate (>99%) speaks for itself. Just be prepared to learn new technologies and think outside the box!
