Flexible timings to work, Good Enviornment

Cons

No PROJECTS on HCM Nothing in pipeline, the director himself says to the employees that they dont have projects. 0 - Hierarchy, System changes every now and then. The higher department who places orders doesn't even know about the application what they are looking into. No Events, No energy at the floor Not effective HR policies neither . HR not at all communicative.

Pros

A company with immense growth potential and employees are given ample opportunities to prove their metal. A great work environment with zero policing and great access to higher OPS. The company is being managed by a man of great potential and good human being, always ready to listen to concerns with rational approach. Salaries are paid better than companies of the same industry (consulting services ).

Cons

Cons will be always be there for growing and company should implement policies & procedures in more stringent manner. Employees approach towards work should be professional and zero policing might result in taking things granted. Easy access to higher ups tends to weak the decentralized management of the company.

Good company with supportive folks around. Management is also good. No micro management and salary is competitive.

Cons

Working hours can be hectic. Infovity usually takes projects from USA and you might have to work long hours. Sometimes you might have to stay till midnight.
