Predictable work/life balance, home at a decent hour usually.
Cons
Employee turnover was mind boggling, all because of the owner. You can hear him gaslighting and yelling at his employees like a drill instructor several times a week. Owner constantly threatens to fire employees when mistakes are made. Upper management is so bogged down fulfilling random tasks the owner has suddenly deemed high priority that they're unable to assist project managers. Pay is not competitive. Benefits are practically non-existent. Safety culture is appalling. Overall business philosophy lies in an ethical gray area. Avoid if at all possible.
