Micromanaging at its Finest

A steady paycheck and health benefits.

Cons

Zero room for growth, either in my position or with the company. A lot of micromanaging to the point where you wonder why you even bother doing anything. Important announcements from management would suddenly land on your plate with no prior warning as everyone was so disengaged from each other and the day to day workings of the company leadership team. Toxic relationships with coworkers who would engage in sneaky behaviors such as offering help, but then talking about you behind your back or questioning you in front of management to tear you down.

People at this company are "clique-y", they watch your every move, you don't feel free to get up and just walk around without being timed. There is no morale, there is a lot of favoritism, superiors aren't held accountable when they do wrong, and you just don't feel comfortable.

The work environment is unsafe, the company doesn't follow OSHA laws, and refuses to supply proper safety equipment for employs the environment is loud and dangerous the management is suffocating, micromanaging every move, and watching you like you are in a prison, talking isnt allowed, and you have to explain why you are even using the restroom unethical behavior, make you lie on documents, and repair devices in an irresponsible manner unprofessional, environment is like a high school, gossip, teasing, and insults
