      Inexperienced staff. Disorganized. Unideal work environment and did not manage conflict well. Co workers tend to not get along. Low pay

      Absolutely none. Maybe the snacks? The building was nice.

      Management was terrible. Work you like slaves. Bad people . Bad environment. Unfair treatment. Favoritism. Alcohol on premises. No discipline. No available HR. Cares more about money than patients health.

      Fake Upper Management, biting more than they can chew

      Pros

      Can’t think of any really. Well, they do have small parties. They use to have adult drinks when goals were met but then they realized some people were under age and drinking!

      Cons

      HR management looks friendly but is fake. They let a lot of good people go, some that have been with the company since the beginning. They care more about expanding locations than taking care of their employees. Turn over is high, some don’t even last a week. Tenure is low. Probably less than 2 years is the average.
