      If you are presented as capable and responsible then you can get enough accountability to work. Fortune 500 company, so they have proper policies to maintain work culture and environment.

      This may apply to most companies but - many people work just enough so that no one can blame them if anything goes wrong. They do not care about work quality and standardization.
