Pros

Boss is friendly. Salary paid on time. Office is near MRT.

Cons

I regret working at this design agency as designer. Very high design demands, no time to take a break from projects. You will be very stressed if you don't have the design skills. Account Managers always expect u to finish their jobs fast and accurate because they take all the profits, then designers work like hell as if it is not their problem. When you don't deliver, they will badmouth you to boss. The working culture here is very very workaholic. I don't think i will ever work as a designer after this experience. You will regret it.

Worst environment to work

Pros

I wish there were pros.

Cons

I can strongly say that here is the worst environment for creative people. OT is natural thing as it's an agency, but the boss wants you to work until late night even though you don't have many works. And there is no OT allowance. They hire junior with a low salary but expect from you high expectations as if you're a manager and very easily point out all mistakes that you do. Bosses here are not and never will be good leaders but always hide in his/her room then summon you and blame that you're not creative enough. Basically they are doing everything that the employer shouldn't do to employees (according to google) but expect your great creativity which doesn't make any sense because creativity comes from communicating, brainstorming, enough time and a healthy environment and they have none of them. When you have to amend something in your design, you will get a call instead of discussing directly which leads to the office ringing the whole day and making it a stressful place. Although you make great artworks, they never appreciate it. You will get zero time to rest from morning until evening except a strict 1-hour lunchtime. Designers are forced to make ugly design to satisfy the company’s old design taste. Whoever you are, once you work here for 1 week, you’ll already lose your design aesthetics by the stuffy and suffocating atmosphere. It’s hopeless because there is no team work. If you respect yourself, just RUN AWAY.

Pros

- Office is relatively near the MRT making it convenient to travel around.

Cons

- Toxic working environment with traditional inefficient mindset of "staying on late at work = best employee". - Expects you to work OT for free while also wanting you to report to work early or on time. - Lacking in room for new fresh ideas and often times expects you to "do accordingly" when it was proven to be outdated and unoriginal. - Turnover rate for this company is astoundingly high but not a shocker.
