A more respectful and constructive communication style would greatly improve the work environment. The demanding work expectations and long hours also made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which over time had an impact on overall well-being and stress levels. Encouraging a culture of mutual respect, reasonable workloads, and employee well-being would help create a more positive and sustainable work environment.

The work culture is highly toxic and draining. There is constant pressure from management with unrealistic expectations and little to no appreciation for the effort put in. Employees are frequently subjected to long working hours, often stretching well beyond a standard day, and working on weekends or days off is treated as normal. There is a pattern of excessive monitoring and micromanagement, and feedback is often delivered in a harsh and discouraging manner, sometimes for extended periods. This creates an environment where stress is constant and overwhelming, making it difficult to maintain any sense of work-life balance. The overall atmosphere can be mentally exhausting, and it’s not uncommon to feel completely burned out on a regular basis. Support systems are lacking, and concerns raised by employees are rarely addressed effectively.
