Work timings at Inkarp are well-balanced, company policies are polished and structured. Employees are given the freedom to explore and complete tasks in their own style, without unnecessary restrictions. Salaries are also credited on time

It has been observed that a few individuals, owing to their longer tenure with Inkarp, tend to display a sense of superiority in their interactions. Such behavior can come across as rude and is not in line with the culture we strive to maintain.
