Toxic atmosphere and incompetent leadership

Pros

Salary is eventually paid, although sometimes you have to wait and feel nervous.

Cons

I worked in this company for 5 years, and here is what I can say, considering that I saw quite a lot in this company. These people use both physical violence against employees and psychological pressure. This is unacceptable, and nobody can do anything about it. Extremely toxic work environment where colleagues are encouraged to undermine each other instead of collaborating. Management is shockingly incompetent: they don’t understand even the basics of how processes in their own departments should function. Communication is a disaster — managers often respond with passive aggression, vague statements, or avoid answers altogether. Zero transparency: employees are kept in the dark about company decisions, risks, or even basic structure. Everything feels improvised. No real sense of stability: people don’t know what to expect tomorrow, and leadership does nothing to inspire confidence. Company culture is built on fear and control rather than support and development. This is a company that destroys trust and motivation from within. If you value professional growth, constructive communication, and even basic respect in the workplace — stay far away from Inktech.

Pros

The salary is decent but not above market level — and that’s where the positives end. Management is not interested in actually solving tasks properly. If you present pretty reports, you’ll be considered a top employee, while real issues and achievements are ignored. The atmosphere is very toxic, with employee mistreatment, poor management, and problematic products.

Cons

corporate lunches, English lessons is good

Pros

Some staff were polite. (Unfortunately, that’s the only positive I experienced.)

Cons

My first day at Uniforte / First.com (associated with InktechMedia) was an immediate red flag. Within just a few hours, I found myself thinking, “Where am I, and what have I walked into?” The office is very small, overcrowded, and filled with CCTV cameras, creating a tense and heavily monitored environment. In my opinion, joining this company was the worst mistake of my career. I strongly recommend reading the Glassdoor reviews for Inktech Media and Uniforte / First.com—they align closely with what I witnessed firsthand. The business appears to be low-growth, lacking direction, and not profitable, and the internal culture reflects those issues. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think very carefully before accepting an offer.
