      Pay was good Lots of new technologies Learning opportunities

      Very pooor management Worst i will say If they don't need you they will fire you immediately No job safety... Onsite people are Gods if they say any word we sold follow blindly So much favouritism for a startup ... Micro monitoring. Cast based decisions No proper cafeteria. HR is for name sake . They don't have any specific process

      Management remembers you for the work you have done. Very nice and observant manager. Cool Team lead. Gave me free hand in exploring new technologies. No seniority bias. Very helpful team. Adaptation of new technologies into the products. Coding standards and design patterns. Developer certification compensation

      There are none right now, when i joined there used to be managerial politics but none right now.

      there is no expected work and proper document to be followed as per the process.Management decisions are on the fly with out intimating to employee.
