      Working in the renewable energy sector with smart and open-minded colleagues, a lot of projects to work on, flat hierarchy with a management team which promotes innovation, empowerment and ethics behaviors, great relations with our community and partners. Organization's culture is based on 3P (People, Planet, Prosperity!)

      Cons

      If you like large organization with many hierarchical levels to climb, maybe not the best environment for you. Otherwise, a great employer!

      -Refined reporting structure born out of years of developing, constructing, and operating projects. -Coworkers genuinely care about doing things the right and moral way -Lots of areas of expertise that one can move into and reasonable freedom to shift to those areas

      -Some internal standards and tools have room for improvement as the company is growing really quickly
