Pros
It has the big captive clients, Hyundai and Kia to keep stable growth of business.

It has a quite strong bond with clients of Hyundai and Kia and is also a Korean company, so it is less willing to take a new challenge, and has conservative management style.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Innocean full-time for more than a year
Pros
Nothing for me. But this depends one ones previous work experience. If you’ve worked at a dull unorganized place before you probably will be ok here.
Cons
Some people here seem to have absolutely no passion for what they do nor an interest for improvement. Especially departments like HR, Admin, IT and finance. Thus, the departments supposedly being the infrastructure of this place, provide such poor services with regards to efficiency, professionalism, out of the box thinking or simply a will for improvement. Managements accepts these, at best mediocre performances. So no. I do not recommend this agency.
