Unless you are a recent college graduate looking to get your foot in the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry, I recommend you stay away from this place. The executives of the company are some of the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. They knowingly lie and overestimate to potential clients and customers about delivery dates on products. It’s the only way that they’re able to compete within the cubesat market. And it reflects onto the employees, who are overworked, underappreciated, and underpaid. They are not given the resources or tools to be set up for success from the start and are usually blamed for when things go poorly.
But if your physical and mental health are not primary concerns of yours, and you’re looking to make some money, I recommend adding a 50%-100% increase to your asking salary, and don’t budge on it. It's the only reasonable excuse I can see as to why someone would ever join this company.
