      Broken Promises and fake shares

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Lots of good chef cooked meals. Onsite gym.

      Cons

      Tall tales and promises of "Shares" that will never come to pass. Below average industry pay (below median). Expected to work EXTREME hours with no other compensation. No Management - everyone pretty much reports to the CEO, which causes chaos. CEO only rewards employees in inner circle. If you are a hard worker but outside circle you are a peon. Zero Career potential.. Your job is to do whatever is needed to be done, regardless. No formal review process. You sit with CEO that knows nearly nothing about what you do for 15 mins and a pep talk. Many have gone 2-4 years without a Raise, and the ones who did get raises had to beg/threaten to quit. Avoid this place if you value long term opportunity and Work/life Balance.

      ALWAYS BEING LED BY THE GOLDEN CARROT

      Pros

      24hr access to gym. When the CEO isn't running around trying to do the job of 10, he actually cares for his employees.

      Cons

      Daughter of the CEO is the president; she's is failing the companies. She has no real-world experience and lacks the necessary experience and skill set for the position she fills.

Please let us know what you would like to see more of! Shifting priorities allows us to focus on important matters that may arise that could be growth opportunities for our companies. Ask us how we can better communicate these shifts in priorities to better assist you - we appreciate your input and are always looking out for ways we can better ourselves! We do offer a 401(k) plan that every full-time employee can participate in. Please chat with HR and we can give you the full run-down of the various portfolios that you may invest in.
