The line managers are the friends of the top-level managers. The analysis group manager is a toxic woman. In the analysis group meeting, you report what you have done weekly. Judgement is something normal in that kind of "reporting to the group manager" meetings. She always forces people to turn on the camera. If you are self-confident, the managers always try to pull you down. They never support an analyst to improve herself. The human resources department has a policy that includes paying lower salaries to analysts and testers than software developers. When you quit your job, you feel like you are free at last. And when you meet with your old team friends, everyone generally says the same thing: "I'm more happy in my current job. Resigning İnnova was my best decision."

Tech-stack is under standards. Managers are really under qualified. Really. Working environment is not airy, Distance between desks are really low. Your co-workers will not be the alumni of top universities generally, managers especially. There are so many dinosaurs in front of your career path, so you will not have any chance to promote.
