      - A strong emphasis is placed on training and personal development, helping you to improve as a marketer. The company ensures that you do 8 hours of training per month. - You will manage and engage with a wide variety of clients from different industry sectors, giving the role great variety. - The management trust you to do your job, meaning you're not micro managed. - The company is in an ambitious growth phase meaning that there are promotion opportunities. - The owner and founder of the business is a highly experienced and knowledgable marketer, positively impacting your own personal development. - Very welcoming and friendly team - Free onsite parking

      Cons

      - If you are someone who likes to be micro managed and needs a lot of support, then this company might not be right for you. - You do have to work hard and at times this does mean long hours, but everyone is passionate about their work and this makes it rewarding. - The business park is a little isolated, so you will need a car to travel to the office.

      We don't like to stifle creative drive with micro-management. Independence and self motivation in our team is very important, as people who are passionate about what they do, bring that drive to their work, develop and produce great results. However, if you ever do need help, in whatever capacity, I hope you feel that you can approach your colleagues and management for that support.

      Dynamic, fulfilling & challenging

      Pros

      - Learning & training is front and centre so employees can keep progressing. - The work is extremely varied as the clients are from different industries so we never get bored. - The priority is not making profit but helping clients and being the best at what we do so management really care about our well-being and progression as an employee as well as a person. - The team is dedicated and very friendly.

      Cons

      - The office is a bit tucked away so you'll need a car to get there but the countryside surroundings are lovely! - It can get very fast-paced so we need to be focused and efficient all the time, which can be challenging but rewarding when the results are there.

      Pros

      I feel privileged to work for such a dynamic, results-driven and all-round brilliant company. Innovation Visual is a pleasure to work for and I feel lucky to work with such a genuinely kind and motivated group of people. There are plenty of progression opportunities, and I am excited to continue developing my digital marketing career alongside my fellow visualizers!
