      Pros

      Very laid back culture but really weird. Super smart people all around you so you're constantly learning something no matter who you are. A quality Work-Life balance is stressed and achieved. Fairly frequent after hours work gatherings and in office contests.

      Cons

      Constant reorganizations. They will throw you to the wolves in a new technology whether you have experience in it or not and offer no support. Management doesn't seem to have a plan on direction, just get as many clients as possible. No company match on 401k and few options. Higher turnover than usual the last year.

      The people are great, and the owner is a great person.

      Many people continue to be laid-off with no warnings and no severance.

      Pros

      If you are a social person and like to hang with intelligent coworkers not just to share ideas but to play board games, video games, or hang for a beer after work, there are a lot of wonderful, smart, hard working and hard playing people at IA for you to socialize with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of socializing. Sometimes you just need a quiet place to gather your thoughts about a problem or to write a presentation. That place is hard to find at the office.
