      Not a bad place to consult with. No expectations leads to minimal dissapointments.

      Pros

      If you're looking for consulting work that pays well, this is one of the many good agencies to work. I had no problems while I was working with them.

      Cons

      When my contract ended, I felt as though there was no effort in placing me with another company. Too many recruiter changes (3 in 4 years). Never knew who I should be talking to.

      Friendly environment, president and senior managers are caring person Leadership knows healthcare industry - long term relationships with key clients Minority owned

      Cons

      Recruiting to fill contract positions. Churn - a numbers game to fill positions. Not able to build long-term relationships with candidates. Limited training High turnover On-site work required - remote work not available

      ISG staff was very accommodating.

      Cons

      The job for the client was not what I expected. Contractors were very spoiled/entitled, showed little to no initiative in doing or learning certain things for themselves.
