      Pros

      Overall a good company culture and work/life balance, nice coworkers and teams.

      Cons

      Difficulties arise with customers oversold on the technology. Compensation below industry average. Some poor /disorganized/toxic leadership contributing to high turnover in the sales department.

      Pros

      Global company with small company feel; . Diverse staff. Learned more in 1st three months that I learned in 3 three on my last job! Organization is fairly flat which means you can cross-over departments and functions very easily. If you have the smarts and the initiative, you can chart your own course. Mgt not into titles or egos. Everyone very approachable. Great team environment, ethics, and values. Company is on the move!!!! Ideas encouraged like a fresh new startup.

      Cons

      Salaries are a bit lower than some other tech companies, but I wouldn't trade the flexibility, the great mentoring, people, and the opportunity for anywhere else.
