Pros

Skill Acquisition: Associates are usually exposed to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, which can help them quickly build a diverse skill set. Mentorship: Many companies offer mentorship opportunities to associates, allowing them to learn directly from more experienced professionals in the organization. Career Progression: Being an associate often positions you well for advancement. Many companies have clear pathways from associate to more senior positions like senior associate, manager, or team lead

Cons

Task Execution: As an associate, you may find yourself doing a lot of routine or administrative tasks, with less opportunity to make independent decisions. This can be frustrating for people who are eager to take on more responsibility or contribute creatively. Micromanagement: In some environments, associates may be closely supervised by managers or senior staff, which can feel restrictive and limit professional growth.

Pros

There are few good employee and nothing else

Cons

Toxic environment, jealous and not collaborative. I have witnessed research engineers and PhD students fired for no reason just because of personal conflict. The administration keep the back of the permanent staff and their dirty actions. They pretend to be democratic, however, this is a fake face, it was indeed horrible experience and there isno freedom to experiment. However, it may depend from one location to another and from one director to another, but there is no laws. What freaked me out is that they are thieves, yes, the employees themselves are thieves, although they have security, they can still steal each other, of course there are few fraction who still have conscience.
