Pros

The people are fun, and there is a lot of competition in the workplace to attract leads. You get off early on Fridays too, which is nice.

Cons

Training is extremely fast and does not cover the basics of the job. The sales goals can be hard to meet and you can be on top one day and bottom of the totem pole the next. You will be micro-managed at every turn and no real room to grow.

Pros

bonus is uncapped dress is casual I am not sure that there is any more pros other than these. The culture was okay.

Cons

terrible management and business model very, very vague you have to pay to work here - be aware that you start out at $10/hr and every day you have to pay $40 to the business for data cost. They don’t tell you this in training, you basically find out for yourself through your coworkers. So out of the 40 hrs you work every week, you’re only getting paid for half of them ($10/hr x 8 hrs - $40 data = $40/day) They change the bonus structure at least once a month so you never know what’s coming.

We regret that you did not have a positive experience and have shared your feedback with the management team. We strive to make everything as clear and transparent as possible. Our doors are always open and feedback is always welcome. To clarify the concern about the bonus, each sales advisor earns their hourly base wage and has the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus in addition to the base wage. Nothing is 'paid back'. This monthly bonus is based on each advisor's individual sales production and calculated separately from the monthly base wage. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
