Pros
Everyone that works at Insightful is incredibly smart and nice. If you have a problem, there will be many hands raised to help you. You're given full trust from the moment you start, which leads to being able to get meaningful work done in record time. Beyond the people, the company is in an exciting time of growth and you can actually see where your work makes a difference. You hear a lot about company culture these days, especially in interviews with companies trying to woo you - this is the first company in years that has actually lived up to their culture promises and continues to raise their own bar.
Cons
I have yet to find a true "con" - yes, there is a significant time difference between offices, but each region makes time for the other and no one is expected to work outside of their usual hours.
