      Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company

      Cons

      Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your technical lead. You should say 'yes sir' for what ever manager says. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues.Long working hours
