If you’re not desperate to land your first job out of college, consider looking elsewhere. There is no opportunity to learn and grow here since everything is so proprietary. I’ve seen a number of talented individuals throw in the towel only 4-6 months in. You will come in and be micromanaged to complete an insurmountable amount of work with poor training. When you fall behind, managers and team leads will prod you to stay late and come in early and blame you for not catching on behind your back. Also, not to mention the nepotism. This company employs a number of “key individuals” spouses. Another thing you will probably notice in your series of interviews is the list of employee terminations in HR’s office, they even go as far as to color code the names of individuals that are non/ rehireable (which there are a ton). This place is a burnout factory, so don’t risk staying here and ruining your career.
