Variable pay can be less

Lessor chances of work life balance Small company, hence no proper hierarchy, can be challenging Not much focus on growth of employees, employees have to work on themselves, very less support from company

While you have supportive colleagues, senior resources are left unchecked, pay isn't great

Some employees were stretched too thin, above average performers carried the weight of other team members. Poor performers were not coached and impacted overall team

- could improve internal systems - could support more employee education

Nothing as such Project management can improve

Company culture has diminished in the last year. A recent, publicly announced acquisition brought in some additional employees, which has not gone over well. The culture, team and engagement has suffered drastically, to the point of many people starting to leave the firm.
