Reimbursement confusion has been a blow to sales- it’s not Inspire’s fault but it has been rough

Working at Inspire used to be awesome. We had hard working, competent leadership and staff. Annual raises and promotions. Good benefits. WFH flexibility. Now we are draining money and they only tell us it will get better eventually...but then it never does. Benefits got more expensive with less actual benefit. Pay stagnated and turnover is high but we are expected to do more with way less people and way less QUALIFIED people. The unqualified people often get all the promotions and end up in leadership. Leadership will gaslight you and is just generally incredibly toxic. WFH is gone even though most people in HQ do remote based work anyway. It feels like every week there is another unexpected change that we get no say in or no warnings about, and you get in trouble if you don't stay quiet about it. They've created such a toxic workplace that people will use you or throw anyone under the bus to get ahead. There is no reason to work here anymore.
