Pros

1. The company's leadership really cares about patient impact and making a positive change. 2. Data science projects are interesting and the development process is top notch. Very similar to social companies like Tiktok, reddit, and fb. 3. Strong collaboration between data science, engineering and product. Healthy partnership with no politics or favoritism. Diversity in ideas and backgrounds is valued. 4. Culture supports working hard on impactful problems and teams have a strong shared purpose. We work hard together and enjoy the process resulting in the best possible work. Teams are then financially rewarded for their success. 5. Managers have strong vision and are technically knowledgeable. They mentor and guide us along the way to be our best. Overall the best place to work and make a real impact.

Cons

1. working on hard challenges in a fast paced culture inevitably leads to longer hours once in a while but the learning and impact make it completely worth it. 2. lack of physical office. The company is virtually connected and employees in US and India interact and socialise but it can benefit with a physical office for employees who want to come in to work. 3. employee perks such as internet reimbursements and home office setup could be useful if remote.

Pros

True flexibility Opportunity to focus on an aspect of work you are interested in

Cons

Turnover of 15% in the past two months No room for growth A non leadership team employee attempted to covertly steal team members from other teams by blackmailing them and telling them they will tell the CEO you aren't cooperating if you don't do what he says. This is a well-known problem and the entire leadership team knows but they will not do anything about it. Job offers do not match up to jobs they expect you to perform Engineers are the only team that gets great salary
