      Great people overshadowed by poor leadership and nepotism

      Some great people Lots of socials some good benefits - holiday, health plan

      Cons

      1-1s are for show, nothing comes from them "Culture of Kindness" is just a sham, many people are miserable Nepotism through the roof "share scheme" a con to get you to stay Many senior leaders have left 10 year service award was a box of brownies... Many managers have no idea what they were doing Since previous leadership left and CEO change the business has gone downhill Private investment company ruining what was a great place to work

      Overall people are lovely. Especially your peers.

      Cons

      Management team very poor. Communication is horrible. People lose their jobs without notice. Company does not help you when they lose clients. Clients cut budgets, management team cuts the team instead of helping.
