Pros
There are some very smart people at the organization. Their benefits are excellent, and it seemed like a great fit at the beginning.
Cons
They are not upfront about the Account Executive role. It is 100% prospecting and a glorified BDR role. The leadership is scattered and changes direction/strategy frequently. I was also told it only takes a few month to start making commission. When I joined my team, no one had sold a deal in a year.
