Pros

Nothing at all. Looks a BIG SCAM to me

Cons

1. I was interviewed and provided with Job offer (offer letter). The HR was asking me to confirm and resign ASAP. I did resign and rejected all offers I had. Just 15 days before joining they cancelled the offer stating we are having issues in settimg up company in Bangalore. 2. No messages, calls after that. The HR who was very arrogant never responded. 3. Management is Horrible

Pros

Working at Instaclick was great. I worked there for almost three years and I learned quite a lot. The company was going through a complete overhaul and I got to work on several projects simultaneously. You know how they say that new people are never allowed to work independently. That didn’t happen at Instaclick. Of course, I had to attend orientation and training but that was a breeze. Soon after training, I was assigned three projects to work on and under the supervision of Adi. The best part that he was a hands-off kind of manager. He just let me do my thing and I was able to be creative and imaginative. He did help me when I got stuck but my hard work paid off and I managed to snag a good permanent job at the company due to this independence. Unlike other companies I had worked at Instaclick always had a lot of work. In fact, I usually had to come in extra to complete my work but the HR and Logistics staff member Jessica was super helpful. She made sure I was never hungry or alone and I really had a great time. I never had a free minute at the company but it was a total blast and well worth the experience. I was working so much that I decided to go in and ask for a pay hike and they were happy to do it. Where else can you do this? I had a great time at the company but after three years, I moved on due to personal reasons. Nonetheless, if you are planning to join Instaclick, do it right now. It’s does not matter if you are a newbie or an experienced professional. The company pays well, has a great work ethic, and it is super professional with staff. What more could you ask for?

Cons

The company offers a great morning breakfast buffet but maybe they could include a few healthy options like low-fat milk and muesli.

Having Fun While You Work

Pros

My first job right out of college was with Instaclick and I was a little worried. I didn't want to be the only person who literally knew nothing. But the very first day at Instaclick was reassuring as it started with a two week training period and Jim, the Company President, was in-charge of the entire training process. I learned a lot in the two-week period and he was a good teacher. He made me feel a part of the Instaclick family right from the first day of work, and I want to acknowledge that fact. Instaclick also had a different policy regarding newbies. In most offices, trainees or newbies are not really allowed to work on client projects and I expected the same from Instaclick. Imagine my surprise when I thrown into the thick of active projects as soon as I passed out of training. There was no reason to waste time and I had wonderful mentors like Adiand Christian who were super-friendly,knowledgeable and ever ready to help and guide. For all other non-work related problems, I used to get in touch with Reesa and she was a darling. My two years with the company were so much fun that I actually forgot that I was learning so much. More than anything, what I loved about Instaclick was it encouraged workers to be open, cooperative, and friendly. Of course, office politics did exist but it was on the downlow and it did not affect company morale or even worker morale. One big reason for this morale boost was also Jessica who kept us supplied with food and drink all through the day. Who can forget those great bagels, pastries, sausages, and fruits juices? For a hungry trainee, this was a godsend when projects went into overtime.I worked at the company for more than two years but after that, decided to move on to build my resume. It was a difficult decision but my work experience at Instaclick was the main reason that I was able to get a better job.

Cons

A Few Cons  I know that office lighting has to be bright but th e lighting level was a little harsh. Toning it down could make people more comfortable.  Building elevators are probably the worst in the wh ole world. It easily takes me more than 10 minutes to reach the office every morning and the w ait was super annoying.
