CEO of the organization is someone to learn from.

Cons

Senior Management is from desi environment owing to the requirement of the field, hence; suppressing progressive professionals is quite a norm in IRM. Always there is something cooking among the employee. IRM team used to be big now it has been squeezed to minimum strength owing to less number of projects. that credit goes to senior management as well.
