Pros

I truly enjoy my time here due to the inclusive and supportive work environment. The company places a strong emphasis on collaboration, making it easy to work closely with colleagues from different departments. It’s also incredibly rewarding to be part of a team where hard work is consistently recognised and appreciated. The benefits offered are excellent, and there’s a genuine commitment to creating a positive company culture. Day off for your birthday, pension, health-plan, vouchers etc. What I respect the most is the company’s dedication to diversity, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. It's a great place to grow both personally and professionally."

Cons

As with any successful and expanding company, there are occasional challenges in adapting to rapid changes, which can lead to some bumps in the road or inefficiency while processes and systems are being refined. Though these are always overcome by the committed and focused teams.

Pros

The employees at InsureandGo at every level /job role are the friendliest group of people I have ever worked with. From the customer service agents, sales agents, training team, HR, Sales Management Team, and Senior Leadership Team, etc., each person has been welcoming, supportive, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and to make me feel at ease in this new environment. The training and coaching structure is very beneficial to new employees as well as existing employees. I truly feel that what they have in place will successfully help new employees be successful in their new role as well as supporting the existing employees to continue to grow and be successful in their current roles. Although it is a high volume, fast paced environment that may seem intimidating or overwhelming to some, the team here at InsureandGo seem to really enjoy their jobs and working for the company. They have a real team spirit here and look out for one another. For someone who has worked in a professional role for different companies over the years (and in different countries), it is very refreshing and exciting to see and experience.

Cons

I haven't really experienced what I would call a downside. Most companies may have bumps in their processes, that's normal, but what I have found at InsureandGo is they are very aware of how they want to make processes and experience better. That look for long term solutions and don't wait to get working on them. The management and leadership team are very open to listening to new ideas and receiving helpful feedback they can implement to improve upon business process efficiency and making the employee experience even better.

Pros

People are nice enough, and the fixed rolling rota means you can plan longer term than other call centres I've worked in.

Cons

Staff turn over is really high. Management give different answers to the same question depending on who you ask. Train to "treat customers fairly" which is not possible with processes in place. Need time to sort a customers problem and call them back? Forget it, if you aren't on a call or ready to take a call your bonus (what there is of it) is gone and you're being questioned within minutes. Answer to a struggling agent is to train them on something else while still making then take the original calls compounding the issue. Only regular communication from management is daily stats regarding sales, updates for travel issues can take days, if you get it at all. If you query a call assessment management close ranks, meaning you loose your bonus again. Process changes seem to happen weekly but don't seem to get reach other departments. The list goes on.
