Pros

No perk and pros in india

Cons

This company’s Indian branch is extremely unprofessional and operates nothing like a credible global organization. It feels more like a poorly managed local setup than a reputed international firm. HR is highly unresponsive, rude, and lacks basic professionalism. Communication is almost non-existent, and there is zero accountability. Employees are often left in the dark with no updates or clarity. Management practices are equally concerning. Technical leaders are forced into unnecessary HR-like responsibilities such as tracking attendance and micromanaging employees, which reflects a complete lack of structure and leadership maturity. The biggest red flag is the misleading hiring promises. Candidates are lured in with commitments of 100% target variable bonuses, which are not honored. Many employees never receive what was promised, making it feel like a clear case of misrepresentation. Overall, the company suffers from poor leadership, lack of transparency, broken promises, and a toxic work culture. Do not be misled by the brand name—this branch operates like a typical “lala company” with no real employee value or benefits.
