Only Perks. Work can be sometimes good as to learn something new.

Cons

There are so many cons : 1. company is never united , no direction . 2. no vision or product roadmap. 3. engineering team think like they are einstein's and are working very hard compared to other companies. Infact they think like they are in google. 4. Lot of politics , toxic people are present which diminishes a small <30 size organization. 5. Waste features not useful to anyone only for developers. 6. lot of time pass in office and even work is present is not important by considering it's goal and direction.
