Pros
I haven't work for this agency. my company give contract to this outside agency to pay my salary. Otherwise surely quit job within one month.
Cons
They wouldnt pay the salary on time., if we ask for payment they wouldnt reply. Other than salary related they would reply and foe that also we have follow up regularly. And other experience is documentation. I have filled esic form given by this with existing esic insurance number. But this agency created new insurance number for me. Due to this irresponsible documentation by them, my father treatment from esi hospital declined And while communicating to esic office they says its all because of your employer they created new insurance number instead of using existing. So joining this agency is a big trouble for embloyee.
