      Pros

      Tremendous exposure and learning. Given that team size is small, all employees are encouraged to talk at CXO level. This enabled me to grow into my role easily and display a certain level of maturity

      Pros

      If you are hardworking and willing to learn, this is the place to be. Enormous exposure to industry stalwarts with a team which works with best in class practices. I had my best time here and pity I had to leave for personal reasons and relocate.

      If you are a laggard and not willing to work hard, this is not a place to work and you will only end up complaining

      No deal flow, Management has ZERO contacts, Very low pay compared to industry, No one in the industry knows either the management or the existence of this firm,
