EVERYTHING. - Established in same year Infosys was established - Management is too bad - All family politics in office (all the higher management are relatives) - No salary hike - Even for 1 rupee they will ask to submit bill - still suing Pentium 4 processors and CRT monitors - no proper infrastructure - No tissue in Washroom.. just a dirty towel that everyone uses. ......long list... its better to go to a village and sleep under tree rather joining here.

From where shall i start In 1 word you will regret after joining. Infosys & Integra both got started on the same day. I think this will give you an idea about how good it is. The company believes in people who just showoff / just talk but not in doers. The top management is filled with relatives like son, son in law etc. Bond for both freshers & Experienced @Infrastructure Bangalore primary schools are better than this. They still use age old CRT monitors. @Technology Company is not ages its decades behind the market. @HR Waste of one medium sized room , 4-6 computers & laptops more important CURRENT & NET to make them work @Salary variable pay & special allowance which you will never get. @Appraisal No comments. In hand nothing variable will take everything. @Employees Good employees(very rare) never stay here . Age old employees have become lazy. @Other Benefits Sorry don't expect anything here. To give a notepad they will ask n number of questions. Its only losses. They usually hire in the month of April/May for engg freshers of previous year (eg 2011 pass out hired in april/may of 2012 so that they get people who are saying i just want a job ) and will make them sign a bond of 2-3 years make them stay or give 2Lacks if you want to quit before that. No standard process followed while doing projects. I stayed here only because i got stuck with that bond.
