Management is severely undertrained and often taken from departments that do not know how the job they manage works. Management changes frequently and is heavy handed about their approach to how the team should be. Most recent management change resulted in a 120% turnover (including a new hire who left immediately after being hired d/t having issues with being lied to by management about role/schedule) and 5 other senior staff leaving. Schedules that were promised and adhered to for years were thrown out the window, management would frequently become hostile when questioned or concerns were brought up, team members were talked about by management in negative ways constantly to incoming employees and other managers/HR (regardless of no writeups ever occurring) and a variety of concerns far too numerous to cover on this platform. HR is seemingly complicit in this as, despite an entire team departing, no changes have been made and concerns continue to be shared by others still within the organization.
