Pros

Good work environment Good opportunities to learn and grow. Very supportive work environment. Friendly professionals. In-house lunch.

Cons

Senior management is too judgmental, which should not happen in a startup. Appraisal process is far unprofessional, there is no appraisal criteria as such. Senior management decides appraisal based on their perspective for an individual. No in-house trainings to improve professional skills.

An opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies. Good team size. People and management are supportive. Food is provided in-house. Benefits like health insurances, travel allowances after 9PM, meal card. Appraisals are good in terms of compensation and career growth as well.

Cons

Sometimes the work is too much and you do not get time for your personal life.
